A business is the legal entity behind your brands. It keeps its own team, documents, addresses, payout accounts, bill and audit log, so nothing leaks from one company into another.

Under your User ID you can add as many businesses as you run. Each one has a Business ID, a status and a Finish setting up checklist that tells you exactly what is left.
A business holds the things a company has to get right: registration details, documents, addresses, bank accounts for payouts, and who is allowed to act for it. Channels, which are your brands, sit underneath.
Once a business is verified, its details are protected. Changes go through an edit request and apply after approval, so nobody can quietly swap a bank account or a legal name.
