Three neighbourhood salons under one name, with regulars who expect to be known at each of them
The work
Each salon has its own stylists and its own Saturday rush. Regulars move between them and expect their history to follow. With a separate book at every salon, that history stayed behind.
Where it gets hard
- Each salon has its own booking book and its own client list
- A regular’s colour notes stay at the salon they first visited
- Stock is bought three times over
What running it in one place changes
- One client list across every salon, with notes that travel
- Bookings for all three salons in one calendar
- Stock and takings for each salon, side by side
