A small school with an evening study centre and a calendar full of community events
The work
Parents trust a school with their children, and they expect the small things to work, like a fee reminder that arrives on time. With a day school, evening classes and events all year, the small things kept piling up.
Where it gets hard
- Admissions, fees and class lists sit in separate spreadsheets
- Fee reminders go out late or twice
- Every event means another sign-up form and another list
What running it in one place changes
- Admissions, classes and fees are kept together for each family
- Reminders go out on time from the same place the fees are recorded
- Events take bookings next to everything else the school runs
