Every payment has a tax invoice as a PDF, available the moment the payment succeeds.
Step by step
- Open Billing and purchases, either in your personal panel or in the business panel.
- Find the payment by reference number or date and open it.
- Choose Download invoice. The file name is the reference number.
- The invoice shows your business legal name, address and tax number as they were on the day of the charge.
Worth knowingIf a tax number is missing from the invoice, add it under Business profile and it will appear on all future invoices.
Common questions
Can I get an invoice reissued with new details?
A tax invoice cannot be changed after it is issued. We can issue a credit note and a fresh invoice for the current month.
