Export or delete your data

You can take your personal data with you at any time, and you can close your User ID when you no longer need it.
Step by step
- Open Settings → Export your data. We prepare a ZIP file and email you a link, usually within an hour.
- The export includes your profile, mail, Drive files, tasks, notes, calendar and billing history.
- To close the account, open Settings → Delete account. You must first transfer or close any business you own.
- After you confirm, the account is locked for 14 days so you can change your mind, and then deleted.
Worth knowingBusiness records such as invoices and tax documents are kept as long as the law requires, even after your personal account is deleted.
Common questions
Does deleting my account delete my business?
No. Businesses continue with their new owner. That is why a transfer is required first.
