What you may and may not sell on Intersink
Terms and policies · Using SINC · 4 min read · updated 06 Sep 2026
You are responsible for what your channels sell and publish. These rules apply in every country we operate in, on top of your local law.
Step by step
- Not allowed: weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen data, adult services and anything that is illegal where you or your buyer is.
- Restricted, needing approval: medicines and medical devices, alcohol, tobacco, financial services, gambling and supplements.
- Always required: honest descriptions, a working contact address and a refund policy that you follow.
- Content you upload must be yours or licensed. Record licences under Content → Copyrights.
Worth knowingIf you are unsure whether a product is restricted, ask before you launch. Removing a live catalog is far more disruptive.
Common questions
What happens if a rule is broken?
Depending on the seriousness, we ask you to fix it, restrict the channel, or close it. You can appeal every decision.
