Change business details after approval

Some fields can be edited freely, and some need a short review because they appear on invoices and tax records.
Step by step
- Free to edit: contact email, mobile, description, industry, operating address and logo.
- Needs review: legal name, business type, registration number, tax number and registered address.
- Open Profile in the business panel and choose Request edit for the fields that need review.
- Attach the document that shows the new value, then submit. The old value stays live until the change is approved.
Worth knowingInvoices already issued keep the old details. That is on purpose, because a tax document cannot be changed after it has been sent.
Common questions
Who can request an edit?
The owner and anyone with the Admin role.
Can I add a second registered address?
You can add as many operating or warehouse addresses as you like, but only one registered address.
