Education and training
Admissions and fees that stop burying the teaching
Admissions, fees and parents’ questions take the hours teachers need.
Admissions
Applications, documents and decisions for each student kept in one place, from first enquiry to the first day.
What else it handles
- Fees and reminders
- Fees recorded against each family, with reminders sent on time from the same place the payments land.
- Classes and online courses
- Timetables, class lists and online courses, with a website parents and students can use.
- Tutor bookings
- Tutors and coaches publish their hours and take bookings and payments without a back-and-forth.
A story from this trade
A small school with an evening study centre and a calendar full of community events
Parents trust a school with their children, and they expect the small things to work, like a fee reminder that arrives on time. With a day school, evening classes and events all year, the small things kept piling up.
