Your User ID belongs to you, not to any business. It holds your profile, your security settings and your activity, and it is how every business you work with finds you.

Most work software starts with the company. We start with you. Your User ID is a personal account that exists before any business does, and it keeps existing if you leave one.
Home shows what matters at a glance: how many businesses you are in, pending invitations, your channels, and your latest activity. From there you can create a business, answer an invitation or open your security settings.
It is not a set of personal tools. It is how you sign in, how businesses invite you, and how you move between every business and channel you belong to. Activity, account status and notices about your account sit here too.
You must be 18 or over to create a User ID. Temporary email addresses are not accepted.
The Get started guide walks you through it in about fifteen minutes.
Sign-up has five short steps: your details, verify your email, add a phone, secure the account, done.
Add a passkey or turn on 2-step verification. The guide puts this first on purpose.
Start a new business, or accept an invitation someone sent to your email.
Give your brand a channel, then add only the apps it needs.
Colleagues join with their own User IDs, so nobody shares a password.

Account › ActivityEach invitation shows the role, what you will be allowed to do, and what the business will see about you.
Account › InvitationsThe plain facts, so nothing surprises you later.
| Setting or rule | How it works |
|---|---|
| Cost | A User ID is free. You only pay when a channel in one of your businesses uses paid apps. |
| What a business sees | Your name, picture, sign-in email and what you do in its workspace. Never your other businesses, your security settings or your activity elsewhere. |
| Invitation expiry | Invitations expire. You get a reminder three days before, and you can accept, decline, ask the sender a question or report it. |
| Declining | Give a reason if you like, and choose to block future invitations from that business. |
| Download your data | Settings › Download your data prepares an export. The link works for 48 hours. |
| Delete your account | Transfer or close any business you own first. The account is then locked for 14 days before it is deleted. |
Create your User ID, add a business and open your first channel. Install only the apps you need.
