Custom reports and integrations
When the built-in views are not quite enough, we build reports and connections using the same public API and signed webhooks any developer can use.
What this service is for
Every channel has an API and webhooks. The API reference is public: JSON over HTTPS, cursor pagination, dated versions, and idempotency keys so retries never do the work twice. Webhooks are signed, retried with backoff for 24 hours, and can be replayed.
We use those to build what you need. A monthly report across several channels, pulled into a spreadsheet. New orders sent to your warehouse system. Leads sent from your own website into the channel. Because we only use the public API, what we build keeps working the way the reference says it will.
