When part of Intersink is slow or down, the status page says so, in plain words, with what we are doing about it. And because your workspace keeps the pages you have opened on your device, a dropped connection does not have to stop your day.
The status page shows each part of Intersink separately, so you can see whether a problem touches what you use. It is updated automatically, and by a person during an incident. Recent incidents stay listed with what happened and what changed afterwards.
Choose Get updates by email on the status page to hear when something changes.

The whole app turns grey, so you always know. Layout and buttons stay where they were.
It reads “You’re offline. Changes are saved on this device.”
Pages you have opened stay readable, and avatars keep appearing because they are drawn on your device.
Colour returns and a short message says you are connected to the Internet again.
The affected part is marked on the status page as soon as we know, with a short explanation.
During an incident a person writes the updates, including when the next one is due.
Afterwards the incident stays listed with what caused it and what we changed.
