Add a mailbox on your business domain
Email and Drive · Business email on your own domain · 5 min read · updated 12 Sep 2026
Business mailboxes live in the business panel and are billed monthly per mailbox. They use your own domain, so customers see your brand.
Step by step
- Open Email in the business panel and add the domain you want to send from.
- Add the DNS records we show you: MX for receiving, plus SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your mail is not treated as spam.
- Wait for the domain to verify, usually within an hour.
- Create the mailbox, set a temporary password and give the address to the person who will use it.
- They sign in from the business panel or from any mail app.
Worth knowingCreate role mailboxes such as sales@ and support@ rather than personal ones. When people change, you move the mailbox instead of losing the history.
