Storage upgrades are monthly and take effect immediately.
Step by step
- Open Drive and choose Upgrade plan.
- Pick 50 GB, 200 GB, 1 TB or 2 TB.
- Confirm with your payment method. The new space is available at once.
- Downgrade later from the same page; you must first delete enough files to fit the smaller size.
Worth knowingLarge video files are usually the cause. Check the largest files first, sorted by size.
Common questions
Is storage shared with my business?
No. Personal Drive is yours; a business has its own storage for documents and channel media.
