What each layer does: User ID, business, channel

Intersink has three layers, and every page you see belongs to one of them. The colour of the top bar and the workspace pill always tell you where you are.
Step by step
- User ID: your personal account: profile, personal email, Drive, billing for things you bought yourself.
- Business: the company: legal details, documents, team members, payouts, business email and the channels it owns.
- Channel: one brand or storefront inside the business: its own website, customers, leads, orders, content and apps.
- A business can own many channels. A channel always belongs to exactly one business.
Worth knowingUse one channel per brand, not per product line. Products, collections and pages all live inside a single channel.
Common questions
Can two businesses share a channel?
No. If you need to move a channel to another business, raise an issue and we will transfer it after both owners confirm.
How many channels can I create?
As many as you need. Each channel is billed only for the apps installed on it.
