Ad Partner Terms

The Ad Partner Program lets a channel on Intersink (your website, app or community) show ads from businesses on Intersink and earn a share of what they spend. These terms are between Svayam Incarnation Limited and the business that owns the channel ("you"). They add to the Terms of Service, the Business and Channel Terms and the advertising policy.

• You enrol a channel from its Settings › Ad partner, describe the platform and accept these terms.
• We review it: that it is real, used by real people, safe for advertisers, and able to label ads clearly. We may refuse with a reason, or ask for more information.
• Once approved, your platform appears in every advertiser’s Ads Manager. Our own products are listed first.

• Ask the API for ads (GET /ads/serve with your channel as the partner) where you want a Sponsored slot, and show what it returns.
• Mark every ad clearly as Sponsored with the advertiser’s name, show it as it is, and link it through the click address it comes with.
• Do not show ads next to content the Acceptable Use Policy forbids, in pop-ups that hide your content, or in places made to be clicked by accident.
• You may choose where slots go and how many to show; you may not change, cover or reorder what an ad says.

• Never click ads on your own platform, ask or pay others to, use bots, or buy traffic to raise clicks.
• Clicks we judge invalid are not charged to advertisers and earn nothing. Repeat clicks by the same visitor on the same ad and day earn once.
• We may withhold earnings linked to invalid activity and refund advertisers, and suspend or end your participation.

• You earn 68% of what advertisers spend on your platform (or the share agreed with you in writing), calculated from the clicks on ads shown there.
• Each month you get a statement in Settings › Ad partner: impressions, clicks, what advertisers spent and your earnings.
• Earnings are paid to your business’s verified payout account once your unpaid balance reaches £50 (or US$60), within 30 days after the month’s statement. Smaller balances carry over.
• You are responsible for the taxes on your earnings. We may ask for tax details before paying.

We count impressions and clicks without identifying the people who see ads; advertisers get aggregate results only. Your own privacy notice must say that your platform shows ads from Intersink partners and link to the Ad Library.

• You can leave at any time from Settings › Ad partner; earnings so far are still paid under these terms.
• We may suspend or end your participation under the enforcement policy, with a reason and one appeal; at once for invalid activity or a risk to advertisers or people.
• We may change the share or these terms with at least 30 days’ notice.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
