Download your data or delete your account

Use the Privacy Center to get a copy of your data, make a privacy request, or close your User ID.

Before you start

Download a copy
Open Settings, then Download your data. Choose what to include and choose Request download. The link is sent to your email address and works for 48 hours.
Make a privacy request
Open Settings, then Privacy. The page is called Privacy Center. Under Your rights, pick what you want, such as Correct your data, or choose New request. Requests are free of charge.
Choose what we may use
Under What Intersink may use, switch off anything you do not want, such as analytics or product emails. It takes effect immediately.
Delete your account
Open Settings, then Delete account. Type DELETE in capital letters, enter your Password and choose Delete my account.

After you confirm a deletion, the account is locked for 14 days so you can change your mind. Then it is deleted.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can also choose Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you cannot.
