How User IDs, businesses and channels fit together
Every page you open belongs to one of three layers. Knowing which one saves a lot of searching.
Get startedHow it fits togetherSteps
- Your User ID
Your personal account. It holds your security settings, invitations and activity, and it stays yours even if you leave a business.
- A business
The legal entity. It is verified once, then trusted across every channel. It holds the team, the legal documents, billing and payout accounts, and the audit log.
- A channel
A website, app and customer base where the daily work happens. Use one channel per brand, not per product line.
- Apps on a channel
A channel starts empty. The apps you install from the app store add its tabs: a shop, a CRM, bookings, payroll and so on. Each app is priced per channel per month.
- Switch between them
Open Business to see every business you own or belong to, then open a business to reach its Channels. Open a channel to work in it.
